Banoffi Pie must be the closest thing to heaven in a dessert. The pie invented by a chef at the Hungry Monk restaurant in East Sussex is a wonderful concoction of biscuit base, bananas, toffee and cream and one piece can use most of your calorie allowance in one go! Thank goodness for Shape who have given us their own version of the banoffi pie and it’s pretty good to. At only 175 calories and 2.8g a pot, it can easily be incorporated into your diet plan.
