This new range from Sainsbury is a range of meals and salads made from all natural ingredients with no colours, flavour enhancers, preservatives or added salt. There is a fabulous range of meals including Thai style beef with coconut and chill rice, smoked salmon and lentil salad and my favourite, Squash risotto - roasted butternut squash & creamy goats' cheese on a bed of herbed brown rice and tangy beetroot dressing, garnished with baby leaf spinach and pumpkin seeds. Calorie wise, this dish comes in at 454 calories and 11g of fat.
