The Omron Hand Held Body Fat Monitor is a simple way to check your body fat. Turn it on, enter: height, weight, age and sex, hold and wait for a reading.
As well as calculating your body fat as a percentage, this body fat monitor is also a BMI (body mass index) calculator. Once the body fat monitor has calculated your body fat or BMI, it will then show, in tandem with the relevant reading, whether your result is: too high, high, normal or low. And all of this takes just a few seconds.
Other features of the Omron Hand Held Body Fat Monitor are its data memory for 9 people, a guest mode and a comprehensive instruction leaflet detailing how to get the most accurate body fat and BMI readings.
