Ingredients
150g (5oz) strawberries 75g (3oz) blueberries Two low-fat Blackcurrant yoghurts 50ml (1/4 pint) of semi-skimmed milk Instructions 1. Remove the stalks from the strawberries, rinse, then chop any of the larger ones.
2. Put the strawberries, blueberries, yoghurt and milk into a blender and whiz together. 3. Serve chilled.
