    Herb Fruit Salad with Mint Sorbet

 
Herb Fruit Salad with Mint Sorbet Preparation time: 15 minutes

  Ingredients
Preparation time: 15 Minutes plus chilling time

Ingredients
2 oranges, peeled and sliced
1 grapefruit, peeled and divided into segments
1 large pear, peeled, cored and sliced
250g/10oz seedless grapes or 250g strawberries, if available
300ml fresh orange juice
1 tbsp chopped thyme
1 tbsp chopped lemon balm
1 tsp spoon chopped mint
fresh mint leaves
4 scoops of mint sorbet

Method
Mix all the fruit together and pour the juice over it.

Stir in the chopped herbs and chill for several hours before serving.

Serve each helping with a scoop of mint sorbet in the middle, and some cream if you like, and decorate the dessert with a few mint leaves.
