    SEA SHELL SALAD

 
SEA SHELL SALAD Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 6

  Ingredients
225g/8oz Pasta Shells
225g/8oz shelled prawns
6 tbsp low calorie oil and vinegar dressing
3 tbsp chopped parsley

To Garnish:
1 lemon, cut in 6 wedges
6 unshelled prawns

Cook the pasta shells in plenty of boiling water for 8 minutes. Drain, and toss them together with the shelled prawns, dressing and parsley. Garnish with lemon wedges and unshelled prawns.
