    Noodles with Fromage Frais

 
Noodles with Fromage Frais Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 2 minutes
Serves: 6

  Ingredients
225g/8oz fresh green noodles (dried pasta can be used instead)
500g carton of low-fat fromage frais
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
black pepper

Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water for 2 minutes and drain, (increase cooking time, according to instructions if using dried pasta). Mix the other ingredients together and toss in the pasta. Mix well and serve immediately.
