    Hamburgers

 
Hamburgers Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 6 minutes
Serves: 1
Calories: 250 (per serving)
Fat: 10 g (per serving)

   
 
   
  Ingredients
Makes 7 hamburgers

750g/1Ib 10oz ground minced beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
black pepper
7 hamburger buns
2 small dill cucumbers, sliced lengthways
1 onion, sliced
Lettuce leaves.

Mix the minced beef, parsley, salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste in a large bowl. Divide into 7 portions and shape into hamburgers. Cook under a preheated hot grill for approximately 3 minutes each side or until cooked through.

Slice the buns and place a hamburger on the bottom half of each. Top with a couple of slices of dill cucumber and onion and lettuce
