Marinated Chicken served with Cous Cous |

Ingredients
2 tbsp lemon juice clove garlic crushed 1 tsp ground ginger 1/4tsp chilli powder 1/4tsp cumin powder 2 boneless chicken breasts 225ml/ vegetable stock tabasco sauce ¼ tsp cumin seeds Cous Cous
In a bowl mix together the lemon juice, garlic, ginger, chilli and cumin powder. Marinate the chicken in this mix in the fridge for 15 minutes. Meanwhile add ½ tsp tabasco sauce to the vegetable stock and add the cumin seeds. Pour over the cous cous. Cover and leave to stand. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill each side for 4 minutes. Serve with the cous cous and plenty of steamed vegetables such as broccoli or cauliflower.
