    Prawns With Cous Cous

 
Prawns With Cous Cous Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4
Calories: 340 (per serving)

  Ingredients
1 Bag of Findus Wok vegetables
500g prawns without shells
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp horseradish sauce
2 tsp Tabasco
150g cous cous
200ml water
1 chicken stock cube
1 tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic, sliced
salt

Mix the water, oil, stock and a pinch of salt and bring to the boil. Whisk in the cous cous. Simmer for 5 minutes until the water is fully absorbed. Stir and take off the heat.
Whilst the cous cous is simmering, stir-fry the Findus Wok vegetables, sugar, puree and garlic in oil.
Add the fried ingredients to the cous cous and season with salt, pepper, horseradish and Tabasco to taste.
Add the prawns and heat through.
