Ingredients
1 1b/425g Potatoes 1/2 oz/15g Olive Oil Sea Salt
Heat the oven to 200C/Gas mark 6. Leaving the skins of the potatoes on, cook in boiling water for 5 minutes. Meanwhile heat the oil in a baking tray in the oven. Remove from the potatoes from the water and pat dry with kitchen towel. Slice each potato into wedges and place onto baking tray, turn each wedge so that it is coated in the oil. Sprinkle over the sea salt and cook in the oven for 25 minutes or until browned.
