    Banana and Pineapple Caramelised Dessert

 
Banana and Pineapple Caramelised Dessert Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 8 minutes

  Ingredients
2 Large ripe bananas
25g/1oz butter
200g/7oz pineapple chunks
50g/2oz brown caster sugar
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp brandy


Peel the bananas and slice them. Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan and add the sliced banana and pineapple chunks. Fry for 3 minutes. Add the sugar and fry for another 2 - 3 minutes, stirring until golden. Add the orange juice and brandy and stir. Serve with low-fat yogurt.
