    Chicken in Black Bean Sauce

 
Chicken in Black Bean Sauce Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 3

  Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
2 small chicken fillets, skinned and cut into thin strips
8oz/230g mushrooms sliced
Red, Green and Yellow Pepper, sliced
125g Amoy Straight to Wok Noodles
1 Sachet of Amoy Straight to Wok Black Bean Sitr-Fry Sauce


Heat the oil in a Wok and quickly brown the chicken. Add the peppers and mushroom and stir fry for five minutes. Add the noodles and the sauce sachet, plus 2 tbsp water and further fry for 2 minutes. Serve immediately
