This truly is a Wizard way to watch your child's weight and educate them about portion sizes teaching them healthy eating at the same time. It's been a long time coming and thank you for being so patient!
The plate is cleverly designed, without mention of the word 'diet' so the child can remain unaware that they are on a weight loss programme.
