NEWSLETTER

OCTOBER 2003

There’s a distinct chill in the air as I sit and write this and it won’t be long before we are wrapping ourselves up in scarves and hats and lots of layers. It can be all too easy to think that we can forget about slimming as our bodies are well hidden in the winter, but if you lose 2 pounds per week between now and Christmas, you will be well over a stone lighter and be able to buy that Christmas outfit in a whole size slimmer.

Regards

Ronny
