3 Tasty Ways To Make Nuts Part Of Your Weight Loss Diet

Since Nuts are so incredibly good for weight loss, it is a good idea to find new ways to eat them. Here are a few:
Make Muesli
Making muesli with the benefits of nuts for breakfast is a great way to start the day. Making muesli originated in Switzerland, and has since made its way around the world as a popular weight loss breakfast.

Combine
115g rolled oats
30g dried apricots
30g chopped apples
1 tablespoon raisins or sultanas
3 tablespoons chopped almonds, hazelnuts or pecans (choose one, or add some of each).
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Make Nut Pate

Making a nut pate is a great weight loss snack that is filling and absolutely delicious. Choose your favorite nut, or combination of nuts, and soak them overnight along with sunflower and pumpkin seeds. In the morning, drain them and add cumin, soy sauce, olive oil, and some chilli powder if you like spice. Blend it all up with a handheld blender. You can eat it plain; put it on salad, or use as a dip.

Make Almond Milk

Soak a cup of almonds overnight. In the morning, drain and add 2 ½ cups of water and some vanilla essence. Put in a blender. If you have a very good blender, it will actually become the consistency of milk. If you have an average blender, it will be a bit chunky, but still equally delicious. You can add fruit to make it into a weight loss smoothie with the benefits of nuts.
