Achievement Certificates And Trophys
Achievement certificates are awarded for every 7lb/3kg of weight lost. Trophys are awarded each time you record a weight loss, with a gold trophy awarded on each fourth consecutive recorded weight loss. Record a gain in weight and you will lose a trophy.
