Drink More Water For Weight Loss
|
Nothing quells the appetite like water, lots and lots of water. Start out with 1 pint of water in the morning, and then carry a liter bottle with you to work or wherever you go. As the cold weather is approaching, indulge in your favorite herbal or fruit teas. While coffee and caffeinated teas don’t count as water, herbal and fruit teas do. By the end of the day, you need to have drunk at least 2 liters of water.
Yes. You will have to make more frequent loo trips, but it is worth it. Drink your water before dinner, if possible, so you're not running to the toilet during the night. And remember, the first two weeks are the worst, once your body gets used to that amount of water it will figure out what to do with it and you won’t need to urinate so frequently.
Water not only fills you up and lessens your appetite, it prevents that intense hunger that we encounter when our blood sugar drops and we reach for high-calorie treats. Water also flushes out the system, rids the body of toxins and improves the complexion
